TÔFÛ Creation ("we," "our," or "us") develops the mobile application "TUN(e) A MUSIC" (the "App"). The App does not collect, harvest, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, or credit card details.
The core features of the App—including step/walking detection (activity data) and music playback control (media session data)—are processed strictly in real-time within the user's local device environment. None of this operational data is ever uploaded or stored on external servers.
To maintain stable performance and improve service quality, the App integrates specific third-party services provided by Google LLC. Firebase (Anonymous Authentication & Firestore): used solely for real-time synchronization of the app operational cost dashboard and assigning unique app user IDs; all backend communications are fully anonymized and contain no personal identifiers. Google Forms: used exclusively for our customer support window and the voluntary raffle entry for event naming rights — data (such as verification invoice IDs) and email addresses are only collected with the user's explicit consent when submitting the form. Advertising Identifiers: standard mobile advertising identifiers may be used to support our free, ad-supported application distribution models.
